Sandcastle Water Park
BlackpoolA popular family attraction for generations, Sandcastle Water Park is located directly on the promenade in Blackpool, enjoying hundreds of thousands of yearly visitors throughout the season.
Being one of the largest displays in Blackpool, it offers an exciting look into the windowless attraction, showing the adventures inside.
The Challenge
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors, water parks need to provide clear and accurate information about ride wait times, dining options, and other relevant information. Traditional signage, such as printed maps and posters, can be difficult to update and may not be visible in all areas of the park and this is where digital signage comes in.
The Solution
The multiple different displays which we installed internally and externally at Sandcastles were an effective solution, providing a flexible and dynamic way to communicate with visitors. Digital signs can be updated in real-time, ensuring that visitors have access to the most up-to-date information.
Installing the huge outdoor LED display was a particular challenge due to weather constraints and operational guidelines – but one we are very proud to have overcome. The digital screen we manufactured locally at our Blackpool headquarters improves the impact of important promotions and seasonal changes, as well as standing the test of time against the forever wild and unpredictable west coast weather. Being one of the largest displays in Blackpool, it offers an exciting look into the windowless attraction, showing the adventures inside.
